PWR was founded by local businessman Curt Smith. The vision was to help artist reach their full potential by working with them in a "family" environment. PWR has seen the music industry turn to an "All about business" industry and along the way, the music has changed. PWR looks to promote and manage an artist in a manner that focuses on the individual talent of the artist. Including full management, PWR has also included a full digital studio for recording and creating music for each artist. Our mission is to create a positive environment for the artist while helping to boost the artist career to full potential.
